Billing Questions

What are the new billing changes for The Lilly Company customers?
Your current invoice delivery method will not change. We encourage you to enroll in paperless billing by contacting accounting@lillyco.com.

How will I know when my bill is available?

You'll receive your bill the same You will receive an email notification with a link to the invoicing/payment site.
You can check your account status at any time after you enroll and see all available invoices at any time.
The email notification will also include a PDF attachment of your invoice.

What if I have a question about my invoice?
Contact accounting@lillyco.com if you have questions about your invoice.
Portal Questions

How do I get access to the online billing portal?
You can access the online billing portal by going to https://lillyco.billtrust.com and clicking “Sign Up Now.”
You'll need a recent invoice on hand so you can enter the following info.

Will I be trained on how to use the portal?
There will be no formal training on the customer portal. However, you can ask your Accounts Receivable Coordinator to review the portal with you, or email accounting@lillyco.com for assistance.

Can multiple people have authority to log into the portal?
Yes. Multiple users can have access to Account Central. The invoice can be sent to multiple users as well.

How long will my records be available on the online portal?
Invoices will be stored and viewable for one year. Please contact accounting@lillyco.com to get invoices older than one year.

If I choose to continue to receive paper bills, will I still be able to view the bills on the portal?
Yes. You will still be able to log into the portal to view, download, and pay your invoices regardless of whether you receive a paper bill.

Will the invoice look different?
Yes. The Lilly Company will be redesigning customer invoices with a fresher look and feel.

Can I pay invoices online?
Yes. In fact, we encourage customers to take advantage of the online payment method through ACH and credit card.

Do I have to pay online?At this time, online payment is not mandatory, but we encourage you to take advantage of this convenient service.

Will the invoice be attached to the email notification?Yes. If you have signed up for digital invoicing, the invoice will be attached to the email as a PDF.
Payment Questions

What payment method does the portal accept?You will be able to pay via ACH or with a credit card. (Note there is a fee of 3% for all online credit card transactions.)

Do you process credits cards from all 50 states?
No. Unfortunately, we can not process credit cards in the following locations: New York, Maine, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
